Sewage Pump Station 0667- Upgrade
The project consists of the upgrade of Sewage Pump Station NO. 667, including, the excavation, demolition and modification work. Removal of existing dry well pumps, valves, piping and fittings; removal of existing 100KW generator; automatic transfer switch and motor control center; removal of existing 60HP motors with drives, relocate existing water pipe; furnish, install, operate and temporary sewage effluent bypass pumps; install pumps, motors and appurtenances; constructing emergency pump out; install two 100HP motors and disconnects, bubbler control system; install new electric service, transformer, panel board, meter and main disconnect; install automatic transfer switch; install 150 KW generator with main breaker control panel; install the power/control system inclusive of the necessary electircal panel and enclosure, wiring grounding, conduits, variable frequency drives, chasnnel support system; wet well rehabilitation; install RTU and SCADA materials; site restoration.
Miccosukee Reservation- Water System Improvements
4th & 7th Avenue Bridge- Paint
The 4th and 7th Avenue (Marshall) Bridge is the largest of the three bridges crossing the New River in Fort Lauderdale. All exterior concrete surfaces and the interior concrete surface in the mechanical rooms, inside the bridge, were painted. The metal leafs were also painted during off hours (between 8:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m.) to minimize the impact on boat traffic traveling up and down the river. This project was originally scheduled to be completed in 90 days but we reached substantial completion in 60 days per their request to be completed before the Christmas Boat Parade.
Broward County Judicial Complex, East Parking Garage
This project consisted of replacement of all the existing barrier cables and hardware throughout the parking structure. Removal of all existing vinyl coated barrier cables and replacement with seven wire 250k galvanized barriers cable system with electro-galvanized hardware was provided with vehicular impact loads configured at 10,000lbs with the cable system at 3.0 KIPS. This work was strategicallly scheduled during after hour and weekends to avoid interference of the daily parking needs of the facility. Scheduling was critical with this project and floor by floor assessments made it coordination efforts with the owner extremely critical. The project resulted in a complete functional barrier system for the five floors of the east parking garage.
Triple L Ranch
This project consisted of acquisition, development & design build project for a 2 acre undeveloped site in rural Southwest Ranches. A commercial style 4000 sq. ft three bay storage facility was constructed with four motorized 18 ft. overhead coiling doors with drive thru center bay, including office space and full restroom facilities at the south end of the property. Along with storage facility, located on the north end of the property was a 1800 sq. ft custom 3 bedroom, 2 bath residence constructed, including an attached 1600 sq. ft garage/storage facility with two bays and 14 ft. overhead coiling motorized doors. This design-build project included but was not limited to masonry construction of all buildings, site work, drainage, septic, fresh water well system, MEP systems, roofing, interior & exterior finishes, flooring and landscaping for a complete in place project
